General information only
The guides, articles and answers on this Site are general information for homeowners and businesses in Spokane County. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
Independent local partner and the work it performs
The work on any job is performed by an independent, licensed local partner that the line connects to the caller. The partner, not the line, carries the licenses, permits and registrations the job calls for, its own insurance and the duty to answer to the office that issues each one.
A caller may ask the partner for its license number at any time by phone, and the partner's license details are provided on request rather than printed on this site. Nothing on this site states that the line has audited that paperwork, and the caller should verify it directly.
This site does not state a Washington license category for water damage restoration, because none has been confirmed for it. Ask the partner which licenses, permits and registrations its job requires, and check each one with the office that issues it before work begins.
Call (833) 490-5225 and ask for the partner's paperwork (833) 490-5225

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in Washington is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
